Poor product and service

I ordered the front cover patch with elaatic loops. As delivery time was 15 days I waited and when delivered the loop was broken. So much for quality check! Arranged the exchange ans item was collected and I was told I will get a fresh piece.. I seriously doubt that but as my money wa stuck I waited for fresh piece to be delivered. Got an email on 10th May that it has been shipped and will be delivered on 3-5 days .. 6 days later Bluedart has no information on tracking number shared . Please don’t buy from this store.. I feel like it’s another scam insta store. And worried about quality that I will be embarrassed in public if they have done a shady job of fixing the loop and it will snap while wearing.
