the quality if hair is not appropriate this is looking like this is already used . i have already have two extensions i never faced this prob. but this time i have wasted my money

They said it is light grey but what I got was dark and almost like salt and pepper . Beware . I sent pics of what I saw and what I got but they insisted it is light grey !!
