A good product that could be better

The faux scrunchie bun is an excellent idea, well fabricated. I have purchased four Light Grey versions to suit my hair colour in the last few months, but unfortunately am able to use only two of them. Of the four two were the Light Grey I had asked for and two more Grey than light grey….which looks awkward to say the least. Some tighter quality control would ensure we customers get the right product, and at Rs2499 a scrunchie we deserve to get what we ordered.

Please note that human hair can have slight variations in color, even within the same product, due to different tones and undertones of women. Sale discount was hardly 100 rs on COD
It would have been nice if u had exchanged instead of the response sale items not exchanged.moreover I just wanted change of colour to match mine

Waiting for my correct order

Had orders a scrunchie bun in grey, received it in n brown, on request it was collected, but now it’s more than 10 days haven’t received the correct order, now heard from them.
