This can honestly be quite tricky and we often get to hear a lot of weird and horrifying stories floating around, to make sure that our process is smooth and your buying experience fantastic, we believe in transparency and share all details of our procedure.

Your order gets shipped out from our manufacturing unit under our Parent company Tyagi Exports in Greater Noida, India. All hair is carefully manufactured and inspected by hand then shampooed and conditioned before leaving our factory.


Most items on our website can be returned/exchanged, request for the same must be sent within 7 days after your delivery. After 7 days from the date of your delivery, we will not accept any request for a refund and exchange. You can contact us on any platform!

 

Whether you are returning an order for a refund(which will be a store credit) or exchange, you (buyer) will be responsible for your own shipping costs. If you are using your own shipping label, we recommend that you send your package with tracking included as we cannot take responsibility for the lost returns. We will be paying the shipping fee only for the exchange order sent from our side.


We will start processing after receiving, inspecting, and checking if it matches our criteria for the return. Keep in mind it might take some extra days because of the delivery transit phase from your side and our side.

If you are exchanging for a lower value item, we will issue partial store credit(no refund) to your account which you can use at the checkout and for exchanging for a higher value item, we will email you a custom invoice to pay for the difference in price. As soon as this has been paid, your new order will be released for processing. 


We issue store credits, technically there will be no refund, we will provide you store credit for your returned item. You can use that later to make purchases. It will be in form of a coupon code.


For your convenience, it's always advisable not to wait until the last minute to place your order. If you have a deadline, hair appointment, or other engagement it is always wise to order far enough in advance to allow for unanticipated delays. We will give you a delivery estimate when you place your order based on the information, we receive from our shipping partner.


If your tracking number shows that your package was delivered but you did not receive it, please check around your home and with neighbors who may have signed and received your item(s). If you still cannot locate it, please contact us immediately. We will contact the delivery partner right away to start an investigation. 

 

Note: Gemeria Hair will not resend or refund a shipment that shows DELIVERED on DHL/Bluedart/Delhivery tracking.

Note: All the COD orders above 3000 INR is required to pay some amount of token money of at least 1000 INR in case the order is refused or returned due to the buyer's mistakes and will be refunded after we receive the package and the refund is issued after deducting the shipping fee of Rs.100 


The shipping time frame usually is 4 – 6 days to the USA, within 5 days to Europe, 10-15 days to African countries, and please keep in mind these are only the estimated time frame we get from DHL Express, kindly do not hold us accountable for any delay in shipping caused by the delivery company.


You might get charged of Import Duty/Customs Duty which is charged by your country/state so please contact your local service or Customs office for any more detail
