The Best Naturally Sourced Vitamins for Hair Loss Prevention

The Best Naturally Sourced Vitamins for Hair Loss Prevention

Hello GEMS

It's your girl Nidhi and today we will be talking about some very delicious ways in which you can improve the health of your hair.

Hair health education is heavily underrated. Most of the time we don't notice that we're losing hair until we start seeing bald spots. This is because we don't take a conscious effort to take care of the health of our hair. Our grandmothers often say the secret to good hair is oil your hair - which is true but not enough, especially given that we are currently living in a world that is heavily polluted and what we consume is chemically compromised.

Where there is a will, there is definitely a way and yes there is a way out of severe hair loss. Today I will be sharing some naturally occurring vitamins that will help your hair and skin glow naturally.

An Egg A Day Keeps Hair Loss Away

Eggs are known to have biotin and proteins that are the most important vitamin runners saving the health of your hair. If you find yourself hurrying through meals and are often eating sporadically, this can be a really good option for you.

Eggs also contain other minerals like zinc that are good for your hair, nails and skin. It is however advised to consume eggs in their natural state or boil them (avoid frying).

For Berry Happy Hair

Berries are strong in Vitamin C which contains antioxidants that your hair needs to be healthier and avoid breakage and hair loss. Our body makes use of Vitamin C to produce collagen which ultimately helps in healing and replenishing your hair and the health of your skin.

Pick all the berries you like, they'll do you well.

Popeye Did It Right

Spinach is known to be a great source of folate, Vitamin A and Vitamin C which are all a part of the healthy hair mix. Spinach can be consumed as you like it. Spinach is often stir-fried in Indian cuisine with mustard oil. It's a fantastic way of consumption especially if you don't like to eat spinach raw.

Spinach is high in iron which again helps hair growth.

Sweet Potato O'Mine

Sweet Potato contains beta-carotene which is very high in Vitamin A and is thus a good inclusion in your hair's healthy diet. Sweet Potatoes are super easy to use, boil them and they're ready to eat. Some people bake a sweet potato and I must say that the results are quite scrumptious.

Avocado Kinda Girl

Avocado is the biggest source of vitamin E on this entire list. Vitamin E contains antioxidants that are very good not just for your hair and skin, but for your metabolism and overall health as well.

Avocado is easily available at supermarkets and is recommended to be consumed at least twice a week regularly

That's all for today! If you have doubts or concerns, feel free to get in touch with me at care@gemeriahair.in I'll see you again with another hair-tastic post.

Love,

Nidhi xx
